I'm Alive, Just Bored

Note that there's a badly tied ponytail at the back

Just like what the title said, I'm alive, just bored. So I drew a picture of me with my new kinda weird looking hairstyle.

Urgh...

I just had to clean a really messy, stinky mess just now, namely, juice seeping from a rotten watermelon which we thought to be fresh. Pretty sad, cos we only bought it yesterday after lunch (though it's between the time when people normally have their lunch and teatime)

It's pretty bad. First, it stank. Horribly. Like some big bunch of rotten seafood.

Second, because my brother's having his SPM (but instead of studying he plays Fire Emblem after Fire Emblem) I had to clean the mess.

Third, I had to scrub at it quite a few times before the stains and smell were gone. It's just as bad as cleaning vomit, maybe worse.

Fourth, I'm probably going to be the person to take out the trash today, so I'm going to smell one entire rotten melon, several pieces of paper towels drenched in stink juice and other leftovers from a few days ago.

Urgh...

Android?

Geesh. I messed her up. Especially the proportions. And I used some of the "art stuff" lying round the house that still works. And most of them are either second hand or just plain ancient, like my brother's old crayons and markers. I think they must be at least 10 years old. The markers still miraculously worked, but the really ancient crayons... well, let's say you wouldn't want to use them.

Back to the picture. I haven't exactly determined a proper name for her yet, but for now I'm calling her Yumi. And she's supposed to look 14. Thing is, my OCs tend to look younger/older than their supposed age. Not always a good thing at all.

Descriptions... I think I'll add her details only if anyone asks me to. I don't want to spend my time "ticking-tacking" at the keyboard, as my brother puts it. Please comment if you have anything to say.

Movies and Such

All we did next to nothing this week but watch movies and documentaries. Some of them are pretty boring, such as Upin dan Ipine and Lao Fu Zi.

G-Force. Some parts are way too cliched.

森林有鬼. Now that creeped me out: I'm never one to be able to sit through anything scary.

Upin dan Ipin. Don't ask. At least they don't speak with this cheesy Malay accent.

Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea. Now this is one beautiful movie. The boys ruined the experience though.

Garfield Gets Real. As usual, the boys just have to point out that one of the characters had a huge chest.

Journey To The Center Of The Earth. Cheese. Epic Cheese at certain parts. And there's no way you could survive smashing into water from several stories high.

Then ther's Lao Fu Zi and a couple of documentaries. And so marks the end of the week. Now to survive Monday.

Update

Great. My brother's hooked on Fire Emblem 7. And his SPM's getting closer.

Lucius takes "pretty boy" to a whole new level. He's a literal pretty boy.

Looks like a girl, huh?

Oh, and a late congrats to my mum's cousin Wei Yee and her husband Roy.

Pretty, ain't she?

On their wedding morning. I was literally squashed trying to find a place to stand/sit which wasn't the playroom.

Poor Roy having to drink 13 large gulps of tea before the man finishes saying what each sip/gulp is supposed to bring him. And the man's one fast talker.

A guy entertaining everyone at their wedding dinner while dressed in drag. Note the suspenders.

Me in "dinner party" garb: the only dress I have apart from my school uniforms.

Wedding morning in the playroom:

Me old toys! So that's where they ended up.

From right: Samantha, Joe and Johnson. And as he said so himself, he's the fattest guy in the world.

Johnson and Joe wrestling.

Samantha dismantling the poor Lego police booth.

I'm a kinda a pig: I'm sure I ate at least 1 fifth of the jelly on the plate.
