I'm here at home, instead of being at school raiding the library after finally getting my student ID, cos of preparations for the "90th Anniversary Academic Fair" held at the school. This means no school for today, Friday and Monday (for forms 1 and 2, at least). I've got to go back to school on Saturday though, and I'm not happy about wearing a bright orange Invention n Design shirt. On the bright side, it looks better than the oversized hideous looking red jogathon shirt that those without a club shirt have to wear.
The Academic Fair... there's going to be a lot of epic speeches, including one from our deputy minister of education, so I had better bring a couple of books to school if all I'm supposed to do there is be there just for the heck of the cameramen.
There's a ton of stuff that's going on... an exhibition by Astro, a folk song cafe, what I think is a fashion show, blood donation drive (for those who are not from the school and who are 18 years of age), a lot of distressed looking pets by the Biology club(at least that's what I heard) and more stuff, including talks about Eastern medicine.
And now to wait for the day my ears get blasted with the sound of thousands of people thronging the school...
