Today's Invention n Design activity involves... making something out of clothes pegs. Each group has to make something out of the clothes pegs given. And they gave us three choices. First choice: a kitchen. Second choice: a bedroom. Third choice: think of something yourself.
So we chose to make a bedroom... out of 36 pegs. We started off with fashioning a bed. To do this, we needed to get the springs off some of the pegs. Then we found out some of the pegs had rotted partly, but due to lack of pegs, we still used them anyway. Then we got into some sticky trouble with the glue: the glue refused to be squeezed out, and when it finally did, it splattered over our hands and the table.
After cleaning up the mess, we got on with making the bed. The result at the end of 1 hour( including whatever cleaning up was done) looked more like a bridge than a bed. At how it looks more like a bridge, chances are it will be classified under think-of-something-yourself...
